This home sleeps 7 guests in 3 bedrooms.  The primary suite has a King size bed and a convertible chair that makes into a single bed.  The two guest bedrooms have a Queen bed and 2 Singles.  You can also move the 2 singles together to make another King.  There are 2 full bathrooms and a half bathroom.  An exterior door to the guest bath also doubles as the pool bath.  The kitchen is fully stocked so you can prepare meals as often as you like.  We also have a Margaritaville margarita machine and a beverage refrigerator at the outside bar for your use.

**NOTE:  Due to high utility costs, pool heat is available as an add-on.  The fee for the pool heater is $35/day or $200/week and available upon request with 24-hour notice.  

House Rules

  • No Smoking - No smoking inside the home. You may smoke outside the front door or by the garage.

  • No Parties - No parties or events are permitted on the property. Please be respectful of full-time residents living around you.

  • Pool Hours - Open 24 hours.  There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.  

  • Pets - Sorry no pets allowed.  

  • Quiet Time - Please respect our local neighbors by keeping the noise down after 11 pm.  Cape Coral has quiet hours from 11 pm to 7 am.

  • Trash Removal - Trash bins are located on the side of the house by the garage.  Trash day is Wednesday.  

  • Check In/Out - Check in time is 4 PM and Check out time is 10 AM.

Cancelation Policy

Full refunds, minus fees, for cancellations made 60 days prior to check in.  50% refund for cancellations made 30 days prior to check in.  No refunds are available less than 30 days prior to check in.  We do not offer refunds due to Weather or Natural Disasters.
