Short-Term Rental Lease Agreement

1. Term & Payment

Terms of the stay and the payment amount are as agreed on this platform.  By making this reservation, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Occupancy

Maximum occupancy is seven people. Only registered guests may stay overnight.

3. Use of Premises

The property will be used solely for short-term vacation purposes. No commercial use or unlawful activity permitted.

4. House Rules

Tenant agrees to follow all house rules provided by Owner, including:

• No smoking inside the property.

• No pets on the property.

• Quiet hours: 11 PM – 7 AM.

5. Condition & Damages

Tenant will maintain the property in good condition. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest.

6. Cancellation

Refunds will follow the Owner’s cancellation policy.  No refunds for due to weather or natural disasters. 

7. Liability

Tenant agrees Owner is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property. Tenant assumes all responsibility for their party during the stay.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
